３．KANAGAWA
KANAGAWA pref. is next to TOKYOU.
And it is very inportant pref. in Japanese history.
KANAGAWA pref. has a lot of famous ports.
For example, SHIMODA, YOKOSUKA, YOKOHAMA and so on.
Along the coast line, there are many beaches and many restaurants, hotels,
surfing shops, windsurfing shops.
Close the coast line, there are some sight seeing spots.
It is easy to go by train from the city.
If you come from forein country,you might use NARITA airport.
From the airport, it takes 3 hours and a half by train.
If you drive from threre ,you can use an express way.
It takes 3 hours or more. It depends on the trafic jam.
Almost surfers, windsurfers can go there by train.
Some people are member of a surfing or windsurfing shops.
They rent a strage for there gears.
They can use shower and locker room.
They come to enjoy windsurfing easily.
A fee for a car park lot cost s expensive.
It depends on the season.
In summer it is the highest.
It costs 3,000 yen per day or 400 yen per an hour.
It is incredible.
But almost shops have a teaching system.
It is so nice.
The condition usually flat.
It is nice for a biginner.
The staffs advise a lot about gears , techniques ,etc.
KANAGAWA pref. has HAKONE ,too.
It is the most famous sight seeing spot in JAPAN.
There is a nice hotels.
You can eat fresh sea food, and edible wild plants.
Of course, you can enjoy a hot spring.
You can see Mt. Fuji fron some places.
